The terms that apply to purchases and use of the Ardenvello™ store.
Orders and acceptance.
By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including for availability, pricing, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or other legitimate operational reasons. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed.
Pricing, availability, and product information.
We aim to present accurate product information and pricing, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. Product photos are illustrative; color and appearance may vary across screens and environments. Please review product-specific details before ordering.
Shipping, returns, and refunds.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. delivery is usually 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds normally process within 5–10 business days. Liability and governing provisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ardenvello™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
